MVP Elite Baseball goal is to provide the absolute best coaching and competitive environment for players who wish to compete and excel at the highest levels of the sport.

MVP Elite teams compete at the 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U levels in summer tournament play. These tournaments may include the CABA World Series, Perfect Game and Top Collegiate Prospects events and other local, regional and national tournaments that provide the right opportunities to develop skills and showcase our players to college and pro scouts.

WHY MVP Elite?

Best Facilities in the Chicagoland Area

Our 51,000 sqft indoor training facility includes a 60' x 60' unobstructed infield, 16' high cages, HitTrax, 16 batting cages, 4 extra-wide hitting cages, 6 pitching lanes with Pocket Radar, 2 tee cages with exit velo radar guns, Rapsodo - Pitching & Hitting, various pitching machines and a state-of-the-art air-conditioned sports performance training center powered by Pinnacle Sports Training.

Best Coaches

MVP Elite Baseball is overseen by industry professionals. All staff members have years of playing and coaching experience at the high school, college, and professional levels.

Emphasis on Fall Training and Preparation

Our teams practice from November through February with defined plans and goals, by month and by position.   Our Fall Program has 5 specific goals for our players:

1.     Earn a spot on your high school baseball team

2.     Improve your baseball acumen

3.     Promote strength and health through MLB-based conditioning principles

4.     Develop key measurable skills to help strengthen your recruiting profile

5.     Build unity in our teams and program

Summer Season with Goals

Tournament play begins after the high school season ends and continues through the end of July. Teams will play 6-8 tournaments.  Summer season goals are results-driven:

1.     Maintain the conditioning work ethic established in the Fall program

2.     Use the baseball acumen developed in the Fall to execute game strategies for success

3.   "  Win" the right way

College Exposure & Training

Each athlete will receive a membership to the Academy. Conditioning is self-directed by the player with guidelines from Pinnacle Sports Training. We help each of our players be evaluated by experts, gain the right exposure and be matched with schools or pros.

Dedicated Recruiting Staff with wide recruiting network

We do two things extremely well, Development and Recruitment.  Our dedicated staff knows what it takes to get to the next level.  Since the program started in 2020, we have helped 45+ players reach the next level, with 4 D1 commitsl.  That's quite an accomplishment with only having (1) team per age group.
